What's So Revolutionary About Chez Vous' Anti-Damage Movement Perm & Why You Must Try It?
1. It uses state-of-the-art Anti-Damage Technology (ADT)
Our hair's natural pH level is between 4.5 to 5.5. Conventional perm lotions that utilize Thio or Cysteamine technology have pH levels between 7 to 10. Any lotion (including ordinary water) with pH higher than our hair's natural pH, will cause it to swell. This leads to both irreversible internal and external damage.
Glyceryl Monothioglycolate is the latest ingredient that's used in Chez Vous' Anti-damage Movement Perm (that'll rock the hairdressing industry). It has a pH level between 4.7 to 5.2. This water-based lotion uses miniaturised-molecular-sized actives to penetrate deep within the hair, to alter its bonds and shape without the need to swell the hair. Say yeah to damage-less retexturizing services!

As long as one's hair texture is not extremely resistant, fine, thick or curly. Nor, is it Henna-treated or severely damaged or compromised, this procedure is feasible. That said, always remember that healthy hair is an important pre-requisite for beautiful perm creations and designs.

* Not suitable for women who have had their hair severely Straightened (Rebonded) or Bleached; or repeatedly Keratin or Henna Treated; or whose hair is extremely damaged and dry (e.g. "Fried" hair). Elasticity is critical when it comes to perm.
* Not suitable for highly resistant hair.
* Simple daily blow-styling with curl cream is required (i.e. not recommended for women who prefer to just air-dry their hair).
* As always, weeks or days before the service, guests are encouraged to replace their usual conditioner with a protein-rich masque to better prep their hair before the service.
How to Take Care of Your Curls & Waves After an Anti-Damage Movement Perm Service, Properly?
Step 1: Use a good moisture-rich yet light shampoo such as our favourite Goldwell Kerasilk Reconstruct shampoo, to cleanse your scalp. Rinse.
