To change all that, Joyce decided to redistribute her hair's weight to the crown by giving her a Korean-inspired pixie cut - creating a "lifting" effect without going under the knife. Also, the soft-layered bangs helped shorten Vivian's face shape and framed her beautiful eyes nicely. Coupled with a trending Turmeric Latte Hair Colour, who says a right hairstyle can't take 10 years off one's age?

To rejuvenate Florence's image for her new job role, Associate Director, Eddy, decided to give her a fresh Lob (long bob) cut with soft face-framing fringe, and a chocolate cake hair shade. The result? A friendly and youthful-looking working mother who's ready to take on the world!
During the assessment, Senior Technician, Charles Chong, realised that Coco has a square and angular face shape. Moreover, her usual deep side part hair makes her forehead looks boxy too, causing Coco to look older and less approachable than she really is. To re-contour Coco's face shape, Senior Technician, Charles Chong, decided to change her parting to an off-centre part, giving an illusion of an oval-ish forehead - coupled with face-framing layers that end below the widest jawline to soften her overall look. As for the hair colour, Charles designed one of the top trending hair colours announced by L'Oreal this 2020 - Sunset Rose Gold - to create a youthful vibe. To further "ovalize" Coco's face shape, Charles deliberately chose to place the lighter peach hues at the roots instead of the ends. This creates a seemingly fuller and rounder looking crown to counteract Coco's square and angular face shape as well.
To re-contour Ashley's long face shape, Associate Director of Chez Vous, Joyce Wan, proposed to create a long-layered C-curved fringe coupled with the latest C + S curl perm that's trending in Seoul right now. Joyce decided to maintain a long hair length for her as going any shorter or above the shoulder will overly highlight Ashley's long face shape. Moreover, cutting bangs or designing a short fringe to shorten Ashley's long face shape is not an option due to Ashley’s droopy eyes. Note: Bangs and short fringe will bring emphasis to one's droopy eyes.
In 2020, Goldwell announced its first annual Colour of the Year: Digital Teal. This gender-neutral colour is a fusion of blue and green, a modern twist on a classic blue. Its duality has a versatile and trans-seasonal appeal which Associate Director of Chez Vous, Wai Kan, knows will definitely be well-liked by Jessica, and everyone else. That said, do note that this colour will NOT work on hair that has been coloured black, or processed with DIY box dyes or Henna. As, the warm and stubborn pigments from these services will disrupt the intense pre-lightening process required for this gorgeous-looking colour - Digital Teal.
In Salon Director, Victor Liu's opinion, Korean Airy Fringe doesn't suit everyone including Sharon, as seen in the photo above. Instead of creating a youthful vibe (that Korean Airy Fringe is known for), it "boxed"-in Sharon's face, making her look dull and tired. Moreover, it concealed her beautiful features.
